In the event of new government directives* related to Covid 19 (confinement, traffic restrictions in France, EU and outside the EU, closure of the station), the cancellation conditions will be adapted to the following situations:
- The stay has not started: Deposits will be refunded (check or transfer) free of charge.
- Interruption of stay: reimbursement of days not stayed.
Reimbursement also in the event of illness but presentation of a medical certificate.
Except CoVid 19, other cancellation conditions are indicated in the rental agreement.
* France or country of origin of the customer.
Sanitary precautions will be taken so that you can have an excellent stay:
- Cleaning with the use of a disinfectant
- Welcoming customers with a mask
